For one day only, top UK attractions open just for Defence Discount Service members. That means shorter queues, smaller crowds, and more time to enjoy the fun 🎢
How do I get tickets?
Log in to your Defence Discount Service account via the app or website. Search for the attraction you'd like to visit add “member day” to your search to find the right event.
👉 Heads up: Tickets and hotel stays must be booked separately.

When are attractions open?
Opening hours vary by venue. Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation email from the attraction with timings. You can also check the offer page for details.
Can I bring friends or family?
Yes! You can buy up to 6 tickets, but you must be there with your Defence Discount Service Card (digital or physical). Tickets are limited and first come, first served.
Can I use my annual pass?
Sorry, Member Days require a separate, valid ticket even if you have a season pass.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are booked via the attraction, not Defence Discount Service website, and follow their terms. This means they’re non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I book more than one event?
Absolutely! Just be quick spaces fill fast.
Can I stay overnight?
Yes, you can add a hotel stay (booked separately). Hotel deals are listed as separate offers on our website or app. To cancel, contact the attraction directly and check their T&Cs.
Can I extend my visit to another day?
Member Day tickets are only valid for the date shown. Extensions aren’t available.
What ID do I need on the day?
Bring your Defence Discount Service card (digital or physical) and one extra form of ID. It’s how we make sure the day stays just for our members.
