🤔 Trouble linking your Defence Discount Service Card to the KFC app?

Here are a few things to double-check before you throw in the napkin:

✅ Have you:

• Entered just your card number?
  Leave out the ‘Defence Discount Service’ part  just type the numbers.

• Typed your surname exactly as it appears on your Defence Discount Service Card account?
  It’s case sensitive, so make sure it matches your account. Even a capital letter in the wrong place can cause a hiccup.

• Removed any spaces before or after your surname?
  Sometimes those sneaky extra spaces trip things up.

• Typed everything manually?
  Auto-fill can occasionally paste in the wrong info, so try typing it in directly.

🔄 Want to unlink your card from the KFC app?

No need! Your DDS will stay linked for 5 years. After that, you’ll be able to pop in your new card number.

If you'd still prefer to unlink it sooner, you'll need to contact KFC directly.
