If you’ve bought a voucher through our Rewards Gateway partner and need to request a refund, you’ll need to contact Reward Gateway directly. They’ll be able to help you from there.

• Search for ‘The Voucher Shop’ and click ‘Get voucher’

• You’ll be taken to our dedicated voucher shop
