No worries! Here's what to do depending on how you'd like to continue using your membership.
✅ Option 1: Keep Using Your Virtual Card
You can continue using your virtual card in the Defence Discount Service app without needing a replacement unless you have already marked your card as lost in your account.
If you have marked your card as lost you will need to order a replacement card (see option 2)
📱 Note: Some retailers require the physical card in-store to apply your discount. If you need one later, you can always request a new card.
🆕 Option 2: Order a Replacement Card
Want a new physical card? Here's how:
Go to the 'Your Card' section on our website or app
Tap 'Request a new card'
Enter your delivery address, upload work ID (if needed), and make payment
💡 Ordering a new card:
Restarts your 5-year membership
Deactivates your virtual and physical card
You’ll temporarily lose access to your card and online offers until your new card is active

That's great!
Submit a request here and attach a photo of your found card our team can reactivate it for you.
