Step 2: Create your account and set a password
Step 3: Check your inbox and verify your email (don't forget to check your junk folder – it might take a few minutes)
Step 4: Head back to the login page and click ‘Unlock Full Benefits’ in the top right corner
Step 5: Choose these options from the dropdowns:
👉 Retired > Veterans > HM Armed Forces Veterans
(Please select these even if you're from another branch – the promo code won’t work otherwise!)
Step 6: Enter your unique promo code
Step 7: You're all set – start exploring your discounts!

No need to create a new account – just follow these quick steps to upgrade:
Step 1: Log in via Defence Discount Service or the app
Step 2: Click ‘Unlock Full Benefits’ in the top right corner
Step 3: Enter your unique promo code
