The item or booking is excluded
Not everything is included in every offer. Double-check the terms and conditions on the offer page to make sure your item or booking qualifies. -
The code has already been used
Vault codes are single-use only. If you've used the code before, you’ll need to request a new one through the offer page. -
You've hit the code request limit
Some offers have a limit on how many codes you can request within a 3-month window. Don’t worry your access will refresh 3 months after each code you’ve requested. -
The offer isn’t being redeemed the right way
Every offer is different. The offer description will guide you through the correct steps to apply the discount.
