❌ My card payment was declined when trying to make a purchase, what should I do? 
Please check with your bank to see if a pending transaction is showing. If not, try using a different payment card.

⏳ My card payment is showing as pending, what does this mean? 
This means your transaction is still being processed. The funds haven’t been taken yet, but they’ve been reserved from your available balance.

🧾 I’ve paid but can’t see a transaction on my account, what should I do? 
Please contact our support team so we can investigate and assist you.

🛒 Can I buy multiple Shopping Cards at one time? 
Not at the moment; you’ll need to buy Shopping Cards in separate transactions.

🌐 I closed the browser during payment, will I still be charged? 
Check your bank account for any pending payment. You can also share the last four digits of your card transaction with us, and we’ll check our systems for you.

🪪 The system says I don’t have an active Blue Light Card on my account to buy a Shopping Card, what should I do? 
Please make sure you’re logging in with the account linked to your active membership. If you have multiple accounts in our system, check you’re using the correct one.

🔢 Why can’t I add in the amount I want, it only lets me pick full amounts? 
If you do not have the option to input your own value on your shopping card, you’ll only be able to select from the fixed values which are set by each retailer

💳 Can I use PayPal or another payment method? 
At the moment, payments can only be made with debit/credit cards, or Apple/Google Pay where supported.

💳 Do you support American Express (AMEX) card payments  
American Express is no longer accepted as a payment method for Shopping Cards. If American Express is set as  your preferred payment method, or linked via Google Pay or Apple Pay, you'll need to switch to a different card. 

💳➗ Can I split a Shopping Card purchase between multiple payment methods? 
No, Shopping Card purchases must be made with a single payment method.

📏 Is there a minimum and maximum value for Shopping Card purchases? 
Yes the minimum amount varies by retailer (usually £10). Please check the offer page for the exact minimum. 
The maximum amount you can add to a Shopping Card is £5,000, although each retailer may set their own limits. You’ll find these in their terms and conditions on the offer page.

📅 Can I schedule a Shopping Card purchase for a future date? 
Not at the moment, Shopping Cards need to be purchased at the time you want to use them.
