📮 Need to update your postal address? Here's what to do:
You don’t need to update your address unless you're starting or renewing your membership – we only use it to post your card.
If your card is already on its way:
We can’t change your delivery address once your payment’s gone through and your ID’s been approved.
But no need to worry! If it doesn’t arrive within 14 days, you can request a new one and enter your correct address then.
If you haven’t finished your application yet:
You can go back a step in the process to update your address before completing your payment or ID check.
