🔍 Step 1: Double-check your email address
Make sure you're using the email address linked to your Defence Discount Service account.
Even if you’re sure it’s correct, try any other email addresses you have access to especially your work email, as many members register with that and forget!
💡 Top tip:
Search for “Defence Discount Service” in all your inboxes (work and personal). If you’ve received our emails before, that’s the email you should use.
📨 Step 2: Try the ‘Forgot password?’ flow again
Go to the login page on our website or app
Enter your email address
Click ‘Forgot password?’
Check your inbox the email should arrive within 1 hour.
Important: Don’t click the reset link more than once each new request cancels the last one.
📬 Step 3: Add us to your safe sender's list
Sometimes emails get filtered out before they reach you.
