Payslip (must include serving personnel’s name, service number, and be dated within the last 3 months)
MOD door pass (must show your name and clearly state ‘Dependent’)
Common reasons ID is declined ❌
The service number on the payslip does not match the account details
The payslip is dated more than 3 months ago
The document does not show a clear link to the armed forces
A Veteran ID was provided (these are not valid for spouse/partner accounts — they’re only available to currently serving personnel)
