Acceptable ID
MOD letter (addressed to you)
War Widows Association GB letter (addressed to you)
Armed Forces pension document (showing your name and that you are in receipt of an armed forces pension)
Common reasons ID may be declined ❌
The name on the document does not match the name on your account
Service records were submitted instead of one of the ID types listed above
